“1310” is a short film based on a true story, a film about an unsolved murder case.
A True Story
Ceridwen Productions shot a promotional teaser for the film for 2Ronin Films. Production took place over two days, utilizing the BlackMagic Cinema Camera, often mounted on a DJI Ronin gimbal system. Director of Photography Douglas Bischoff worked with the Director and Crew to craft a look that transitioned from the bright, airy, hopeful tone at the start of the film to the stressful and, ultimately, murderous and dark shades that followed.
The film was shot on the Blackmagic Design Cinema Camera (BMCC) in 2.5k RAW mode using a selection of Leica prime lenses.
“1310” is an official selection of the 2017 NOVA Film Festival.
